Radeon r9 380x noise problem

i bought my whole pc with the video card 2-3 month ago it's still new
i turned my pc on and played a game my video card started making a loud buzzing noise it's radeon r9 380x i never heard my video card making like this noise before here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr98tLIF6Tc

Thats coil whine (can exhibit it self as a few different kind of sounds).

Nothing to worry about if you can ignore it.

But it's really annoying is there no fix for it?
And it's really loud and heavy

You could try a different PSU. I've read different PSUs alleviate coil whine on some cards.
Can you borrow a PSU from a friend?

I have a R9 390X and it has some coil whine but it calms down after some use.

i have friend that got psu 560 watt will it work with my 380x?

Try running a game or benchmark constantly for about 5 hours - sometimes this can get rid of the noise.

Also make sure vSync is ON. this can help control/minimize coil whine.
