Hey guys,
I have a question concerning my next upgrade. I know this question has been answered before but unlike a lot of people, I prefer graphics over performance in single player games as long as it's over 30 FPS (which I find totally playable).
At the moment, I'm playing with this system:
Intel i3-6100
ASUS H110 Plus LGA 1151
Corsair CX 450W
EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti FTW
Now I know the FTW card is the best 750Ti and it plays to all my requirements in GTA V and The Witcher 3. In GTA V I can get 45 FPS with High/Very High settings and in the Witcher 3 I get about 35 FPS with all High settings. In GTA V I'm looking to get around the same framerate (35-40 would do) on ultra settings and I want 35 FPS in the Witcher 3 on very high settings.
Now the problem I have is that I can't push the 2GB barrier on the 750Ti to sacrifice a few FPS to get to ultra settings. So I considered getting the 4GB RX 460 but then I heard that the 2GB GTX 1050 is better. I can sell my current card for 60 euro to a friend and i can get an RX 460 or a GTX 1050 for about 120 euro used (the 1050 about maybe 130 euro). So my question is if the RX 460 4GB will make enough of a difference over the 750Ti (in terms of higher graphics) to be worth the 60 euro I spend or would getting 60 FPS with 1050 (keeping all of my current settings) be of better value?

By the way, for any wondering I'm selling my 750Ti because it's three and a half years old and my friend plays less demanding games so it'll be perfect for him so it's not a case of should I keep my current card or not. Also, I cannot get an RX 560 as they aren't available to be shipped from the UK to Ireland right now unless I buy one for a ridiculous price here.

Solution
The 460 is only slightly faster in speed to the 750 Ti, however the 4gb will allow you to select higher settings, which is what you seem to want. So I think that's your best choice.

The 1050 is faster than the 460, so if you wanted more framerate then that's the one to get. The 2gb vram would still limit you in settings though, so for you that's worthless.
