Hello everyone!
I built a new PC a few days ago, and I ve been having problems.
Tried to play some games (What remains of edith finch and Ring of Elysium) and both crashed after some time (even at low quality). After that, I checked Updates, GPU, CPU and MOBO drivers, but the problem remained.
After I few BSOD, I formatted my SSD and reintsalled Windows 10 (official). Sadly, I had one more BSOD after the format and after that, I installed all drivers via AMD Software and Driver Booster.
(No BSOD after Driver Updates / Antivirus Check )

Extra checks:
I ran Windows memory check, with no error.
I ran System File Checker and found no corrupted file.
Checked for malware with Malwarebyter, and eliminated some files (dont no the details).

However, after all of this, my GPU doesn't perform well. Today, it crashed while playing Fortnite and the gameplay wasnt really good even before that (not really smooth). Keep in mind that after each crash, the rest of the PC isnt affected, no freeze, no windows or AMD error, just a message from the game saying it couldnt continue working.

I have tried a lot of things, so I really need some idea about what the problem may be! Do you think is hardware or software ?

PC Built:
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB
MOBO ASRock B450M Pro4
Power Supply Thermaltake Smart Series 600W 80PLUS
RAM G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8) DDR4
SSD Western Digital Blue 250Gb
Case Thermaltake View 27 with an extra 12mm fan
All parts were bought new.

Motherboard driver download page: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M%20Pro4/index.asp#Download
Assuming you have64 bit Windows 10, download and install:
-"AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.10.20_NHDA"
-"Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8403_FF00"
-"Realtek Lan driver ver:10023"

It sounds like you probably got the right graphics drivers, but for future reference download them here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

I don't trust auto driver update utilities at all (e.g. Driver Booster), I'd be tempted to do a clean install of Windows and then install the drivers as I've described above.

Already checked every cable, I dont think thats the issue since the PC works fine while Im not playing.

What I did for the GPU was downloading "AMD Radeon Setting" App from AMD Drivers and Support page, checked for updates and then downloaded the recommended driver. (Adrenaline 19.1.1).

What do you mean "AMD all in 1" ? At AMD's driver page for my MOBO, there are plenty of driver options but I am not sure what I need. Do you happen to know based on my built?
(I already downloaded the first, and the installation opened the Radeon Setting Program which I already had, so I am kinda confused. I may not have the latest MOBO Drivers?? )

Really thanks for the advice! I hope it will work!
One last thing, I ran Windows Verifier and a BSOD occured saying: Verifier Detected Violation and "AMDRyzenMaster.sys", to you still think your idea may work?

sorry to necro this, did you ever get this fixed? I think I’m having the same exact problem right now. My build is almost identical to yours in specifications and I’m running into BSOD’s repeatedly as well as game crashes. Pc runs fine normally but crashes in games.
