Not spinning at all even when over 50c ? Is it giving picture at all ?Hi! first time building a pc, my graphics card wont spin but it has a blue light! any help?
Yes, i have everything attached. What are the complete specs for your system (make/model of ALL installed components)?
Do you have the PCIe power cable(s) firmly attached to both the GPU and to the PSU (assuming modular cables)?
Do you have both the 8-pin and 24-pin power cables firmly attached to the motherboard and PSU?
there's no display, and theyre connected to the gpuIs your video cable attached to one of the motherboard video ports, or directly to the GPU?
Does anything appear on screen?
no picture at all, and i havent tested it over 50c. (I will do so though)Not spinning at all even when over 50c ? Is it giving picture at all ?
Try connecting to the motherboard ports. The 7000 series CPU has an integrated GPU.there's no display, and theyre connected to the gpu
I totally forgot to mention that the dram light is on and i tried testing one stick one by one in each slot but it still won't turn off. i dont know if it affects the gpu but i will try what you said.Try connecting to the motherboard ports. The 7000 series CPU has an integrated GPU.
it was completely newWas the motherboard new or an open box unit when you bought it?
will do, ill let you know if it works.Remove the 580. Just use the iGPU. Try powering on. May need to wait a couple minutes before anything appears as the system needs to find all new hardware on the initial boot.
It did not work. the dram light is still on, what should i do?Remove the 580. Just use the iGPU. Try powering on. May need to wait a couple minutes before anything appears as the system needs to find all new hardware on the initial boot.
