What are the complete specs for your system (make/model of ALL installed components)?

Do you have the PCIe power cable(s) firmly attached to both the GPU and to the PSU (assuming modular cables)?

Do you have both the 8-pin and 24-pin power cables firmly attached to the motherboard and PSU?

Try connecting to the motherboard ports. The 7000 series CPU has an integrated GPU.
I totally forgot to mention that the dram light is on and i tried testing one stick one by one in each slot but it still won't turn off. i dont know if it affects the gpu but i will try what you said.

Would you be so kind and check the following:
- PSU cable to motherboard (24pin)
- PSU cable to motherboard (4 or 8 pin) - this is CPU power cable
- Remove all the memory modules and insert only one in slot 1(many mb's have this glitch)
