Radeon Settings not responding

How to fix radeon settings is not responding?
I have radeon rx 560 4gb graphic card
I cant play games cause every game crashing.
I tried reinstalling drivers, still problem exist

When did it start to happen? Did you update drivers and how? AMD clarifies that any previous drivers should be uninstalled before updating. They have their own utility amdcleanup which is better than simply uninstalling amd from your programs. Even better, use DDU, wipe out any previous drivers and re-install your drivers.

I built a new pc,i installed drivers form amd site,when i want to open radeon settings it says radeon settings not responding.
I installed guru3d, then deleted my drivers and installed again.
