Well I installed last version of Radeon software in windows 10 1809 after few days windows demanded me to install WIN 10 1909 so I did but when I tried to open Radeon software in new windows they told me like this

So just uninstall it reboot and install the proper version from the website. Microsoft probably replace the driver on you

Just watch the following video. You need to change the value in the registry.
