Hi,

A few days ago i bought a Radeon VII GPU, and i have a few issues with it.. Not the common child diseases you might have heard of.
No, i'm lacking serious low FPS in low-medium games, such as League of legends, GTA V and Assetto Corsa.
I run:
16gb RAM
Win 7
1440p screen
I7 4700k
750Watt PSU
Z87 pro motherboard

In GTA V with ultra settings i get roughly 40 FPS.
In league of legends i get 50 FPS, but it feels like 5-10 FPS, i can barely move around.
And the story continues, i have the latest drivers - the first thing i did, was to download the AMD client and update the drivers. Before installing the card, i reinstalled my Nvidia drivers.
The card performs so badly, i currently took my old GTX 780 back in use..

Could the reason for my ridiculous low FPS by that my CPU is a bottleneck or is the card faulty?

Ok so the PSU is fine.

You may need to use DDU to uninstall both Nvidia & AMD drivers then reinstall the AMD drivers. You can use the iGPU on the CPU in the meantime.

I haven't used DDU but you may want to uninstall everything offline so Windows doesn't try to update the GPU, then go online and get the newest drivers.
