Im not sure if is my GPU or my Motherboard.

Windows 8.1
i5-4460s
radeon7770 is the graphic card that im trying to install(getting a gtx770 later)
600PSU
M11AD-B14 is the motherboard i think
Im still learning about computer and how they work so please bare with me.

Thankyou in advance

That motherboard # is likely the computer model #. It likely uses and Asus H61 motherboard and should be compatible with a 7770 graphics card. Do you have the monitor plugged into the graphics card, not the onboard monitor port? Do you have the newest drivers installed? Check your BIOS and make sure the graphics setting is set for PCIE, NOT IGP.

Have you looked on the Radeon 7770 card, if there is a switch of any sort on the card on the top edge.
Flick the switch over to the other position if so.
Some cards have two bios settings via the switch. one for Uefi enabled motherboards, the other switch setting is for motherboards that don`t have a uefi bios.

Ok cool but will the 770 work ok with my 600W
