At the moment i have the corsair spec alpha case, and a 240mm Radiator.. Originally i installed it on the front since it was “suppose” to be the only play to put it.. I’ve also got the HD120 Fans (4 of them) but there was too much heat going on for my liking cause my gpu was pushing out heat aswell ( Gtx 1080 ti zotac mini) so I moved it at the top and its mounted perfectly with a few screws adjustment acting as an exhuast. Case temp went down gpu isn’t spiking up past 83c depending on room temp and how much i’m gaming on it running at 65% fan speed.. 3 hd120 infront and 1 at back... is this setup okay? I also have 1 stock fan at the bottom acting as an intake for more cooling . I am planning on changing the Radiator fan for 2 ML120 fans..
Its a long post lol, But completely new to the whole radiator cooler.

Your setup is good, keeping the AIO as exhaust will keep hotter air out of the system & won't cause your GPU to throttle.

The way I have mine setup (4th pic in PCPer link) is there's 3 fans in the front (right) as intake then my 240 AIO for the CPU up top as exhaust then my GPU AIO in the rear as exhaust, temps stay well below the thermal limit.

I also highly recommend the Cougar Vortex 120mm fans as there very quiet with good airflow.

Is your gpu water cooled? My gpu blows air towards my 3 intake fans but the bottom intake helps it push upwards. Gpu can’t help but throttle but trying my best to keep it as cool as possible (less than 80c)

Are the cougar vortex better for rad than ml120 or are you saying a possible replacement for the hd120

It is, it's the EVGA GTX 1080 ti Hybrid. The problem with your GPU is that it's a lot of power and heat in such a small size so it's tougher to cool. I would suggest using a program such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision to create a custom fan curve to try to keep it a little bit cooler.

Yeah, it was the size that i was after for buget wise, but i knew the side effect of it. It does its job. Just looking at the Vortex you suggested, look decent and good airflow. Might consider that..

Whats the max temp do you hit on heavy load for your gpu?
