Radiator and Fan Optimal Placement

What is my best fan placement for the Thermaltake View 21 with a 120mm radiator mounted on the front of the case?? Right now I currently have 1 fan in the back of the case which is an exhaust, then I have the 2 fans on the radiator which are blowing into it. I have seen people mount their radiators differently i'm just not sure how I should do it. Btw my case doesnt allow for top mounted radiators so I need to keep it in the front, just not sure if I should change the fan placement since it looks like the front of the case doesnt have the best circulation. And also should I add a fan to the top of the case, if so should it be intake or exhaust?? Thank you!

Looking at that picture, that is a 240mm radiator you have mounted on the front.
I don't think you could mount that anywhere else on that case.
But the fans should be mounted between the case and the radiator.
