Rage 128 or nVidia TNT

OK, here is a hand-me-down question. I just upgraded my video card from an ATI Rage 128 (XPert2000) to a GeForce2MX (Hercules ProphetII MX). Now I have the spare Rage 128 card.

My question is this, my nephew has a 3 year old PII 400 that is running an nVidia TNT card w/ 16 MB (Diamond Viper 550). I am using the reference driver 7.17. Would he get better frame rates if I replaced his TNT card with the Rage 128? He plays mainly Flight simulator games and stuff, no Quake or that. He also only plays in 640X420X32, with the occasional 800x600 (only 14" monitor).

Any advice would be appreciated.

Ugh, the ATI Rage. It's a fine card, if you want to turn your PC into an oven. I am trying to get rid of this Mach 64 I have. Increased my ambient temp by 8 degrees. :/
