i just recently bought 3x 250 GB Samsung EVO SSD and i was wondering if anybody knows how to RAID 0 all 3 drives on a Asus Sabretooth 990FX R2.0 or is it even possible to do so on this particular motherboard.
I shall fall back to my standard question, and ask "Why"?
Outside of very specific circumstances and use cases, RAID 0 with SSDs bring little if any performance benefit.
Agreed. Also, if you are going to RAID these, get a GOOD raid controller. The more drives in an array, the more likely it is to fail. I do not know about the controller on that board but many motherboards have very basic and low end RAID controllers.

Return them and buy a 1TB. A 1tb Samsung 840 EVO will perform better in almost all cases than 3 X 250Gb drives in RAID0.
