Hi, Ive currently got 1 x 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 Sata Drive and was thinking of upgrading to RAID 0 having either
2 x 1TB F3's Or 3 x 1TB F3's
I know RAID 0 is far better than just 1 drive alone but how much difference if any, of having 3 x Spinpoints in RAID 0 instead of 2 ?
...initially I was thinking of getting (due to budget) a Kingston SSDNow V-Series 128GB Drive, but as my Primary (OS) Partition is already at 80GB,
after formating the SSD I would only be left with around 112GB (am I right ?) so would probably fill up pretty quick.
My Specs are:
ASUS P7P55D-E PRO
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80GHz
8 GB - G-Skill Ripjaws 1600 ( CL 7-8-7-24 )
Win 7 Pro - 64 bit
XFX Radeon HD 5850
2 x 1TB F3's Or 3 x 1TB F3's
