Raid 0 with 3TB x2 sata drives

Hey,

I want to have 3 TB x 2 in raid 0, should this be just done in Software side or is it possible to do it in bios in my Asrock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard?

Should i just follow the " 2.5.1 Configuring a RAID array Using UEFI Setup Utility" part of the guide and it should be fine?
