I currently have one Samsung EVO 250GB SSD that has my OS, games and misc. items on it. I use a 1TB HDD for mass storage such as pictures and videos. Is it possible for me to add another Samsung EVO 250GB SSD (same model#) and RAID 1 with my existing SSD without losing data? Or once I select RAID 1 will it wipe the C: drive clean and start fresh with 500GB?

System Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H75 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Thanks in advance

Solution
No it is impossible as raid one works by striping data across drives. so best way to describe it is just every program and file exists in two halfs half on one drive half on the other so but it feels to the drive like continuous data so you will have to wipe it then make it raid 1 for it to work.
