Also does anyone know of a cheap 600w Modular PSU? I'm looking for one and thought I would ask.

I don't have any opinions on the case, but this PSU is solid enough and is modular. OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply

It says " compatible with Intel Sandybridge Core i3 i5 i7 and AMD Phenom" That works with the 965BE, yes? (Just gotta check xD )

I have the case.

I'm not impressed with it, the airflow is terrible. I just recently put in mesh 5.25 bay covers, and put a second 120mm in the lower drive bay.

The side cover houses two 80mm fans, why? Why not just have 1 large fan? One didn't fit anyways with my CM 212 evo; so I am only running one of the 80mm's right now. I'm thinking of building a custom panel to put in a 120mm fan, and then cutting the top to install another 120mm exit fan.
