Rainbow Six Seige Lagging

I have a 300 watt power supply with Gigabyte Geforce GT630 2GB graphics. 4gb ddr3 ram and i5 2nd gen 3ghz processor. still most new games like rainbow six lags even on medium settings. Do change in Ram to 8GB will bring a significant difference in performance?

That game requires a minimum of 6GB of memory(according to official requirements from Ubisoft). So yes, upgrading to 8GB would help. It also says it requires at least a GTX 460 video card.... and the GTX 460 outperforms the GT 630. So you'll want to upgrade your video card as well.
