ram at 1333 after cpu oc?

Using Asus AI suite auto-tune I just OC'd my cpu for the first time. Afterwards, I check my stats in cpu-z and under SPD Max Bandwidth my ram is 667mhz. I'm running Corsair Vengeance LP 1866. I went into BIOS and changed it but it still shows up at 667. What gives?

What does it show in the memory tab under freq - the Max Bandwidth pane on the SPD tab is actually the default boot freq from the SPD, see more on CPU-Z misconceptions here:

Thank you for the reply! I had no idea about that. Sure enough under Mem>Freq. it's 933.4. As it's dual channel I suspect it's running at the expected 1866. Glad it worked out!

Yep, actually a hair of a bonus - showing at 1866.8 😉
