What issues are you having that lead you to believe it's a ram issue?

There's definitely a few newer games that can benefit from more than 8gb. Are you gaming? What games?
Games like Call of Duty, Dying Light, and GTA V Run fine on mostly medium-ultra graphics settings with alright cpu load and 95-100 percent gpu usage, but games like Minecraft and Fortnite run with MC at 15% GPU with 30fps and Fortnite 50% with 100fps. Fortnite isnt terrible but i believe from what ive seen the 1060 3gb can do much better with fps on my rig

So just low usage on some games which ive seen can run 10 times better from the same rig on my system. I think maybe the ram is holding back the cpu and gpu.
