ram capacity of hp notebook 15

hello can anyone tell me whether my laptop-hp notebook 15 g206ax
model-l2y68pa support 8gb of ram
currently its running on 4gb ddr3 ram
i would like to know whether ram frequency is 1600mhz or not..
please answer

If you must look towards a ram upgrade to it's maximum capacity, it's highly advised that you go for a ram kit, i.e, 2x4GB DDR3-1600MHz at 1.5v.

can i know whether i can upgrade the processor?
how do you know that its 1600mhzand 1.5v.
i couldnot get the correct specifications anywhere.
when i check in tast manager it shows its speed is 800mhz..im confused with that..
