RAM CL9 vs Cl10 and Clock speed question...

for my pc here is the RAM i've selected:

im using a h100i cooler for my i5 4670K in the corsair 350D which is a micro atx case. my Questions:

1) CL9 vs CL10, which RAM type is better

2) will these high RAM sticks interfere with the H100i air intake as it is in a fairly small case

3) 1600Mhz RAM, is any more necessary for an intel CPU? (also this PC is for mild gaming(have gtx760))

4) could i get better ram than the one selected for the same or less price?

1) A lower CL (CAS Latency) is better.

2) The ram sticks shouldn't interfere with the cooler, that is typically only a problem for Air coolers but not 100% positive

3) Higher speed is better but most people will not notice the difference between 1660/1866/2100 Mhz, it is typically not worth paying extra for higher speed. I personally feel that 1600 Mhz is a good option for it's price or 1866 is usually a few dollars more. Anything faster usually comes at a price premium that is not worth it IMO.

4) Some other viable alternatives:

I doubt the high RAM sticks would interferer with the H100i. 1600MHz RAM is enough lol, although I think you could get 1866MHz RAM for cheaper.
