Both of those sets are compatible and should be fine. I'd lean to the GSkill set, stronger with more OC headroom. Also always keep in mind that while the QVL list DRAM that they have tested, that doesn't guarantee it will be compatible with your overall rig. You need a CPU (actually the MC (memory controller)) that can carry the data rate of the DRAM. You've made a good choice with 1600 sticks, a non K model CPU like yours should be fine with 1600 and possibly 1866 but 2133 and up would prob be a waste of money 😉

here. for future reference, board manufacturers publishes their supported cpu and ram online. so just check if what you want is listed there (you might need to upgrade bios if it's for the cpu), for the ram if it's not there it does not mean it wont work, it just means it wasn't tested.
most ddr3 rams will work with most ddr3 capable boards.
