No, it wouldn't work. It could even not be detected as it only supports up to DDR4 2988MT/s RAM. And No ECC. If you want to put the RAM stick in the slot, it might not be detected or even crash the whole system

No, as the B450 Pro chipset only supports up to 64GB of DDR4 memory at a maximum of 3466MHz when overclocked

B350 running 4 sticks of B-die 3600 just fine... A 3 or 5 series processor should be able to run 3600mhz on just about any board. It's usually the CPU memory controller limiting things, not the board.

It still is "over clocking" so no guarantees, but the board shouldn't hold you back with an updated bios.

Your motherboard's chipset matters too. It's not just the CPU. The chipset controls everything that a CPU and GPU don't. So yeah.
