Ram compatible with certain components

Hi, I'm upgrading my pc but I just wanted to know if my 16gb ram CMK16GX4M2A2400C14 will be compatible with i7 8700k and Asus tuf z370 Pro.

The MOBO is rated for DDR4 up to 4000MHz RAM according to their sales spec and a max capacity of 64GB across 4 Slots, the Processor will support DDR4 up to 2666MHz. The RAM is 2400MHz:

Looking at all the stats it should work together just fine. You may even be able to overclock the RAM a little to the 2666Mhz processor support cap, always overclock with caution! Small steps, monitor your temperatures and note original settings so you can reset easily.

Yes its compatible, just in BIOS enable XMP

Hmm, but I've looked around and some sites said that it's not. That's according to a memory compatability site. Anyway thanks for the fast reply.

It is compatible for sure. Its DDR4 and motherboard is also DDR4
