CMOS BATTERY 3.144 V

I want to upgrade to the FASTEST possible RAM. Where do i find the RAM I seek?

RAM is also depending on the CPU. Your motherboard will suport up to 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, the best RAM manufacturers are G.skill/Corsair/Kingston.

"Now if you go to Dells website and check the specs page it will tell you which ram vendors they recommend"

Though Cruicial says 1866 MHz will work - Here is the RAm item:

Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3L-1866 UDIMM
part # : CT7373154
$68.39
QTY
1
update
Remove DDR3 PC3-14900 • CL=13 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1866 • 1.35V • 1024Meg x 64 •
$68.39 each.

This is very frustrating. It shouldn't be that hard. I'm just going to order the Cruicial RAM

Depending on how much does your CPU support. If your CPU doesn't support 1866mhz RAM, it probably wont work stable or at all.

Intel's CPU RAM support on their website is only relative to the technical base value of RAM. The memory controller can be overclocked on Intel CPUs for higher frequency memory. "K" CPUs are even better at this.
