i have 4 slots 2x512mb and 1x1gb ddr2 mhz=332
can i buy 2gb ram of ddr3 with different mhz??

No. It will not work. Simple as that. You must use the same RAM type. Preferably you should use the same ram sticks in one motherboard.

No you can't buy 2gb ram of ddr3,but you can buy 2gb ddr2 ram or or higher
