Ram error Upgrade

Hello,

I have an Asus k50ID that came with these model of RAM (2x2GB) : M471B5673FH0-CH9

Description: 2GB, 1333MHz, DDR3-1333 PC3-10600, 204p SODIMM, 1.5v

After doing BIOS update to exclude all eventual problems with drivers I bought two new memory that were recommended by Kingston for my laptop

Description: DDR3 , 1333MHz , Non-ECC , CL9 , 1.5V , Unbuffered , SODIMM

They are equal. I think the only difference is on the brand xD

Even time i press the power buttom windows give me errors like blue screen... I have tried many things like remove battery, updating bios ( and load custom default), try one each time.

Can anybody help me please?

Sounds like the sticks simply don't want to play, no guarantees when mixing packages of DRAM and with most laptops and Prebuilts the BIOS is normally locked so you can't do anything in adjustments to get them to play

Tradesman1, on ASUS page of my computer they say it is up to 8GB buy the locked BIOS to don't change anything. I can't really understand this

You bought 2 single stick packages right ? each stick is 4GB. The may not want to play together a 2 x 4GB package would have been better. Items 2 and 6 here:

Yes I bought single stick packages. Never thought that could happen . Thanks for the advisement. I'm waiting for Asus tech support . Let's see what they have to say about this.
