RAM For my e4300/S3

Hi,
Im looking for 1gb(2x512) ram that is good for oc'ing my CPU(e4300) to or around 3ghz on stock hsf. I only ask that it is below $100 for I am on a budget build. I was looking for some RAM that has Micron D9 but couldnt seem to find any. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Some G. Skill should do the trick. Might not be the best with it's voltage, but just increase the DRAM:FSB and it should be fine.

As for the Corsair, could work out pretty well, go for it.
