RAM for Ryzen 5 1600

Im looking to pick up 16 gb of RAM.
Mobo: B350
Would getting DDR4 be worth the increased cost instead of getting DDR3. And which one would you suggest getting!

yes the cost is totally justified in the simple fact that ryzen will not run at all with DDR3.
Ryzen DEMANDS DDR4.

as far as which brand it should not matter much. ryzen loves it some high speed RAM so look to 3000Mhz as a minimum. look for the lowest timing in the speed class. do not get CL18 sticks if CL16 are available in the same speed, get the lowest CL each speed offers.
