[SOLVED] RAM Frequency speeds & Latency?

Hello,

Does anybody know if this may be correct about the screenshot? It's taken from SiSoftware Sandra and, as far as I can tell, the lower the RAM frequency, the lower the latency? Meaning a RAM stick with CL16 can work at 1185MHz and CL11 at 815MHz?

Thank you for reading what I might think is a stupid correlation (i don't have much knowledge about RAM and Latency except the basics).

No, it's listing memory speeds and timings that are supposedly compatible with your RAM.
True latency (not just CL) has been steady at about 14.5ns over the last few years. It's always better to get faster RAM than lower latency RAM.
