Currently I have 4x32gb corsair vengeance lpx installed, without XMP enabled, running at 2666mhz. When I put my computer into sleep mode (windows), the fan stop running, and these RAM get so hot that they make my case hot too. After waking up from sleep mode, sometimes my machine crashes, which is guess is due to RAM overheating. I wonder if it is due to the hibernation mode that I recently disabled, or they are supposed to be that hot? And if possible, please tell me how to reduce the temp. Thanks in advance!

How do you know they're getting hot? They might get warm because everything is stored into RAM when you put your computer to sleep, but it should never be so hot that they overheat.

As I have said, my case get hot too. I can't even lay my finger on the RAM heat spreader for half a second because it is just too hot.
