Question Ram isn't showing after upgrade

I bought new Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3000MHz sticks for my computer. I used to have Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 2400MHz Sticks. I replaced them and when I booted my computer it said my RAM had changed and to go to BIOS. In bios it told me I was using 8GB of RAM and that it was running at 2133 MHz. I just booted into windows to check task manger which is saying I only have 8GB but has '16GB' shown above it. I messed about with my BIOS and couldn't find a way to make the RAM run on 16GB or increase the Mhz, there were profiles set to 3000Mhz but I do not know how to switch to them. I am using the MSI B350 if anyone

go into bios and turn on docp/xmp ram profile

Ok I will try that now, 16GB of ram is now showing after I just swapped their slots over. The Mhz is still showing to be 2133 though. Ok my problem is fixed! Thankyou
