[SOLVED] Ram Issue

So my Ram is supposed to be clocked at 3200Mhz but in my task manager its only clocked at 1600Mhz. How can I fix this?

ddr mean double data rate is 1600x2=3200

Maybe older Windows builds display the true data rate, I'm using the latest 2004 build.
