RAM latency 63.9ns, game lag

My RAM latency is 63.9ns. Can this be the reason why my game lags?
help me plz.

Seems like you face stuttering issues. Full system specs? Are your RAM placed in Dual channel? That means have you placed your ram at slot A2 and B2 as instructed probably by your manufacturer's manual?

PS. If you are using an overclockable RAM please activate the XMP/DOCP profile from your BIOS settings but please note, you have to verify that your ram is corrected installed on the correct DIMMs slots on your motherboard

And yes they are placed in Dual channel.
