Ram latency in american megatrends bios

I also have american megatrends bios revision 5.13 and I need to change the ram latency in my bios. I can see how much ram is in my system from the bios i just can't change the latency. dose any one know how the access the advanced functions in my bios? or a bios editing tool that can do it? thankx.

That is the exact system I have.

So far, I too have been unable to make any changes on the bios. I downloaded cpu-z and clockgen but neither of those seem to make any actual changes. I'm still researching but I hope someone answers your post and sheds a little light on this.
