Hi, stupid question perhaps, but I couldn't really find it on the interwebs.
Does a motherboard have restrictions when it comes to what Ram...thingy, is placed in it?
I know it's not my best English, but I lack the jargon in my second language to make it clearer. So I'll make the question a bit more expansive. I recently upgraded my graphic-card to GTX 970, and already have a i7-3770 3.4 Ghz quad core. I now want to jam in 16 Gb RAM. But I am not sure if i can just buy any brand or type. For example, I have my eye on 'Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB DIMM DDR4-2133 2 x 8 GB' (only 80 euros), but am not sure I can use it. Any advice would be welcome.
