RAM memory issue. Timing problem?

So I have this PC for a long time and this problem seems to be new.
I just reinstalled windows 10 on my PC but I'm having a problem with RAM.
I have 8GB (2x4) ddr3 corsair and both are being recognized by windows, and there is NO message saying that 'X amount of RAM is usable', even though only 4Gb out of the 8 are being used by the PC (both BIOS and windows see 8GB).

Running PRIME95 on blend test (the one that most uses RAM) only 4GB are being used and whem I'm gaming I'm usually experiencing crashes due to lack of RAM.
I belive that is a problem with the timing of the RAM and I'm afraid I don't know how to make sure of that or fix it.
I'm going to leave some info of my RAM from CPU-z:

both RAM sticks works when alone in any of my slots, I think it's more of a config issue

sorry for the inconvenience, I was checking again RAM while gaming and I misunderstood about the lack of RAM crashing, whem I'm gaming the PC is using more than 4GB, but on PRIME95 it's the same, only 4GB being used.
And what smorizio said to me is worrying a bit. Although both RAMs were tested alone and showed no issues, the RAM on slot one, doesn't metter which slot it is in, does not show the SPD info, should I be concern about it?

Good, running memtest and googling a little bit I found out that those error were happening because of a config I tweaked another day about virtual memory (I removed paging file memory) nad that's was causing my games to crash.
Thanks for the help
