So my build is here:

And in the bios my motherboard says 1333, when it's supposed to be 1866.

Motherboard

MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard is my otherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory is my RAM.

So I would like my mhz to be 1866. And I don't know how? Can you guys help me? Thanks in advance.

Solution
Search your motherboard documentation for XMP (Extreme Memory Profile). You need to enable XMP in the bios in order to get that speed (or you can also do it manually). If you can't find it reply here and I'll help you set it up.
