Question RAM not always detected

Hi there

So I have this issue that my pc runs fine one time and like a few days later is won’t boot up cause it can’t find any RAM while other times it just boots fine and works perfectly. Unfortunately I don’t have any spare motherboard with the same socket or another compatible CPU to test it.

orders new RAM to test that
NOTE: my mom dropped my RAM modules (both of them) before I could build the pc

Reseated RAM/CPU? Yes
Any bend CPU pins? No

PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
Motherboard: msi Meg x570 ace
RAM: G.skill trident Z RGB 16GB(2x8GB) 3200Mhz CL16
GPU: gigabyte windforce RTX 2070
Storage: 1x 250GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO plus m.2 NVMe / 2TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO plus m.2 NVMe
PSU: NZXT E850
Case: NZXT H700i

I did receive it yesterday work fine for now but the RAM I used would sometimes work for a couple of days so still hoping it’s just bad ram
