Rig: Laptop Asus TUF Gaming FX504GE (Windows 10/11 [issue persists with both editions])
Old RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 CMSX16GX4M2A2400C16
New RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 CMSX32GX4M2A2400C16

I recently (as in yesterday) upgraded my RAM from 16gb (2x8gb) to 32gb (2x16gb) and I cannot get Windows to view and treat the RAM appropriately.

In everything from the BIOS/UEFI to iCue and CPU-Z correctly identify the specific model and the amount of RAM (32768). Windows and Crucial both misidentify the model and amount of RAM (16384). Crucial identifies the RAM as the Old RAM (above), and Windows only sees a grand total of 16gb.

I have gone over everything I can think of:
Windows Memory Diagnostic
msconfig and verifying no max RAM
regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\ClearPageFileAtShutdown (1)

Is there something I am missing?
