RAM not detected

I currently have 16GB of ram installed (corsair vengeance lpx, ddr4 2133, 4x4gb) but its only saying I have 8gb installed.

I download CPUID at it tells me I have 16gb, but windowstells me I only have 8gb

ASUS B150 pro gaming motherboard
Intel i5 7500
Windows 10
