Question Ram not detecting

Hi,
I have 32gb of RAM from TEAMGROUP DELTA T-force DDR5 on my z790 aorus master and I have the gigabyte control center so in this software when I'm in the rgb fusion its only detecting one ram and they are not syncing together and the other is on but I can't change the colors to both of them only for one.
Do you know how to fix this issue I uninstalled and installed it again and its the same problem.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Check the motherboard's User Guide/Manual and the manufacturer's website.

Verify that both the installed RAM and its' current configuration are indeed supported.

Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot.

How do I update post and I checked before I bought it its compitable to the motherboard also the ram slots are in the right place
