[SOLVED] Ram not performing at advertised speed

Hey guys, I recently built a PC with a MSI Xpower gaming titanium x370 motherboard and G.skill trident Z RGB 16 gb 3000mhz. I recently noticed that it only runs at 2133 mhz though. I tried to enable xmp but it just crashes. I also tried over clocking to recommended settings and it crashes. Any help? Thanks guys! (Included overclock problem cuz I was lazy to make a new thread)
