Question Ram OC problem

So i have gskill f4 3200c16d 32gtzr i9 9900kf asus rog strix z390 f gaming my system was running clean i decided to enable XMP and not to oc it mannualy then i started getting bsod freezes etc.. i went to bios disabled it still got bsod and freezes how do i fix that and if i mannualy oc the ram to 3200 can it be stable and fine ?

I have f4 3200c16d 32gtzr i want to make them stable to 3200 XMP Profile any setting yiu suggest? Ihave i9 9900kf and asus rog strix z390 f gaming.
