I have bought DDR4 RAm corsair vengeance 2400 MHZ, but after the installation in my PC I see it from cmd that my ram bus speed is 2133 MHZ.... what to do? please advice.

even my packet of the ram shows 2400 MHz bus speed
You need to go into your Motherboard's BIOS and enable the "XMP Profile" this will set the RAM to the Speeds and Timings that is advertised for it, otherwise it'll just run at the stock 2133 MHz. Hope this helps

Specs of your system would help. But I'll try to guess: if you have 6th gen intel CPU and H110 or B150 or H170 motherboard, 2133 is the limit. If you have Z170 motherboard, you can go above the limit using XMP as CRO5513Y mentioned.
Oh okay thanks... and it's 7th gen, b250m pro vd motherboard and it does support 2400 MHz speed. But the problem is idk how to do that xmp file thing... :s
