Ram only works sometimes

My PC components:
AsRock N68-GS4 FX 2.0
AMD FX-6300
NVidia GTX 1050ti
Thermaltake Smart 600W
Corsair Value Select 8GB RAM
1TB WD HDD

The problem:
So basically everything in this computer is new, except the RAM and the HDD. So after the computer was built (like 2 weeks ago) it ran fine for the first week, at the end of the first week the computer didn't boot up, the symptoms were that of not having any memory on the computer (fans spinning but no power to my keyboard or mouse, and no video showing on the monitor), so I cleaned and reseated the RAM and the computer worked fine for another few days, now for the past 2 days I've had to reseat the RAM every morning to be able to turn on the computer.
I've ran memtest86 on it for about 5/6 hours and there were no errors, I'm kinda stuck now not knowing if it's really the RAM, or maybe the motherboard slot that may be faulty, and I don't really know how to pinpoint the issue.

I have the CMV8GX3M1A1333C9 8GB, I had my BIOS setting to [Auto] but I now changed it to 1333Mhz before seeing your answer, but I can't say if it worked since my computer normally boots up if it hasn't been turned off for a long time, I also set the voltage to 1.53V since it said it was a 1.5V RAM, and the minimum on the [Auto] option was 1.48V

I never set it at a higher speed, I simply left it at [Auto] before now, and now I put it at 1333Mhz, and I put 1.53V on the BIOS since there's no option for 1.5V, should I put the voltage back to [Auto] or leave it at 1.53V ?

Also on the performance tab of my task manager it shows 1638 MHz even though my RAM doesn't get up to that speed, and in the BIOS it's set to 1333Mhz (the correct speed of the RAM).

I put the voltage back to auto and the results of CPU-Z are in the spoiler below, my RAM is in slot #2

So for me to try her in slot #1 I'd need to move my CPU Cooler (A Hyper212x) because the way it's set up it's over the first slot, so I'd need to change it's orientation, the thermal paste on it and everything, and I'm only going to be able to do so tonight, is there anything else I can test or send to you in the meantime ?

Yeah I wasn't the one who set it up, the airflow is currently down to up, so the cooler itself is turned sideways, I gotta turn it straight up, that's why I'm going to do so a little bit later, and then I can change the RAM to the first slot.

Yeah I tried to change the orientation of the Hyper 212X and couldn't do it, the screws end up below the heatsink do I can't actually screw then, I just dusted the computer and went back to the way it was, again the computer didn't boot, so I had to reseat the RAM once more, even though I took it off to work on the cooler, and put it back on just before turning the computer on again, it's still working normally as long as I keep it on.

1333MHz is the wrong speed for FX CPU. It is for AM3 CPUs.

You can use 1866MHz with one DIMM per channel with an FX CPU.
You can use 1600MHz with two DIMMs per channel with an FX CPU. Since your motherboard has 2 x DDR3 DIMM slots, this is not an issue.

NVIDIA nForce 630a Chipset was released in 2007. Not a real high quality motherboard model for AM3+. I would try using memory with higher speed.

Oh I get it, but can using a 1333MHz RAM cause what I'm experiencing ? The after it's been for some time I have to reseat it ? Because when I'm with the computer on it works perfectly, I can play games, browse the internet, download stuff, with no problems whatsoever, and it did work for about a week without giving me this problem, can it be the cause of the problem, or is it just that it'd be better if I had a faster RAM ?

So guys, I was able to use slot #1 on my motherboard without having to change the orientation on my CPU cooler and the computer booted right up with my RAM. Before that I also tried a different RAM (A Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600MHz) on slot #2 and the same thing that was happening before happened again, computer simply didn't boot up. And I also tested my RAM on another computer and it worked fine, booted straight up. So I'm certain that it's a motherboard slot problem, I'm going to get it replaced whenever I'm able to, thanks for all the help.
