Hi, I installed a new Motherboard (Asrock b365m pro4) and also a new processor (i5 9600k).
After all the wiring and installation of components when i started the pc it boots and goes into Post with 3 long beeps. Now i know 3 Beeps mean RAM or Memory issue, but i just bought a new Ram few months ago which i used on my previous Mobo as well. Both of my rams worked fine on my previous mobo (h110m pro).

RAM 1: HyperX Fury DDR4 CL14 2133 Mhz 1x8Gb.

RAM2: HyperX Fury DDR4 CL16 2666Mhz
1x16Gb.
Now i used both of these rams on my previous mobo and they worked fine together although the they both run at 2133mhz.
Now with my New mobo i tried using one ram in all sots, two as well in A1 and B1 slots and all other slots as well. No matter if i use 1 ram or both of my rams the mobo boots and 3 beeps comes then it reboots and then again 3 beeps.
Now i am pretty sure i never overheated or over-volt my ram in any way, idk even know how to do that xD.
So what’s the issue? Are the DIMM slots not working? Or both of my Rams are dead?
Should i replace my mobo or get myself new Rams??

Thanks. Much Appreciated.

I wanted to be sure so I rechecked everything. I connected the display with my hdmi to graphics card and started the system. There was no display at all which is happening from the start. It beeps thrice and just reboots itself. No display. Nothing. Only the CPU Cooler runs (at a very low speed) and the chassis fans. Thats all.

Take out the GPU. Connect the monitor to the motherboard (the i5-9600K has an iGPU) you should be able obtain an image without the GPU. Use only one RAM stick and try to boot.
Do you have another PSU to test ? And what is your current PSU ?

Thanks for the fast reply. No I don’t have another PSU to check. And i did what you told me to. Without. The GPU and HDMI to motherboard with one RAM stick. Sadly there was still no display at all. Apart from the GPU everything else was connected. It beeped thrice and rebooted again.

Disconnect all hard drives and / or SSD. Try to boot.
If they are the culprits, you should see the bios screen

Still nothing.
1 RAM (New one)
NO SSD or HDD connected
NO GPU Connected
Monitor connected to motherboard’s HDMI.
I even switched to a different RAM (old one) and used other DIMM slot just to be sure.
Once Again it beeped thrice and rebooted.
NO Display.

Double check that your 24 pin connector, the 8 pin connector, and the CPU-Fan connector are completely pushed in.
After that, in absence of spare parts, we are kind of stuck.
And have you correctly put the rizers below the motherboard ?

Yes, all of the connectors are completely in. Yes the risers are also fixed to the chassis correctly.
I think i will get this motherboard replaced. And then try again. Thats the only conclusion i can come to.
But thanks for your help.
Much Appreciated!!
