[SOLVED] RAM placement for newbie !!! Help me please :)

Hello guys!!! I have single 8GB 2666Mhz ram right now in my pc and im thinking to upgrade it from 8GB to 16GB. I have heard before that dual 8GB 2666Mhz gives better performance compared to single 16GB 2666Mhz. So i bought dual 8GB 2666Mhz ram. My question is, where should i stick my ram into my motherboard to gives the best performance it can gives? My motherboard is B360M AORUS GAMING 3 (rev. 1.0) and it is Dual channel memory architecture ... I know it sounds silly but i need to know the best placement of ram in my motherboard for the best performance since it can stick up to 4 ram sticks in it... Here is the picture of DDR4 ram placement in my motherboard ---

EZ!!! Place it in the slots closest to the left. There is not really a difference on where you place it but the general rule for gpus are closest to the top and for ram it is the closest to the left.

This online manual seems different with the manual book provided alongside with the motherboard because there was no information about ram placement in it, i think it is the updated version ... Anyway, thank you brother for solving my problem. Cheers!
