Ram Power Consumption

Hi I'd like to know if the power consumption of 2 8g ram are the same as 2 4g ram or not

Near same - if figuring wattage - I just throw out 4W per stick as things will vary based on electrical draw (typical DDR3 may be 1.25, 1.35, 1.5, 1.6 or 1.65 volts)

I took borrowed this from a 24 page Micron document on Micron DDR3 Power Consumption. At no point did I see any discussion about memory capacity, but I also did not read everything. The link to the PDF is below if you want to read it.
