RAM PROBLEM with samsung evo 840...

I got normal 1tb disc toshiba for 1 year, and i didnt have any problem. Since i bought my samsung evo 840, in almost every game or program i have got problem with too less memory ram. What can i do? My cod:aw is crushing all the time "create2dtexture (metal_chip_wear_04_col, 128,128,0,77) failed, run of memory.", in lords of the fallen i cant have open any tab in chrome etc. Please help..
